It’s time to make a positive change.

Hi I’m Charlotte, a Wellbeing Coach, specialising in building people's confidence and self esteem  I also help people manage their mental health such as anxiety, stress and depression. My aim is to offer you the opportunity to explore and discover your true value and personal identity. I will help you reconnect with your core self once more. I help my clients identify what's really been holding them back, increase their personal awareness and create a new positive mindset. 

 

As a coach I always feel privileged and humbled to work with clients who often share with me their inner most thoughts and feelings, as well as their life stories. I have a gentle, warm and caring approach where I try and make our time together as relaxed as possible. I am a naturally empathic person and work with integrity to ensure that you are provided with a safe space to help you to be the best version of yourself.
